Position to be filled
This Business Partner position combines business development (sales) and senior consulting.
Business development - 85%
- Leading the sales process from A to Z: from prospecting (including lead generation) to closing the sale and customer satisfaction
- Identify change management/transformation needs in your network and engage in rigorous dialogue and follow-up.
- Assisting prospects or customers with their change management needs ; this includes (in partnership with the team):
- clarifying the specific needs and challenges of target audiences
- strategic thinking and advice around a participant experience
- drawing up a commercial proposal
- relaying to the experience designer and to the project manager (Customer Success Manager)
- close involvement and rigorous monitoring throughout the project with the customer until the desired results are achieved and new needs are explored.
