Position to be filled

This Business Partner position combines business development (sales) and senior consulting.

Business development & consulting - 85%

• Leading the sales process from A to Z: from prospecting (including lead generation) to closing the sale and customer satisfaction
• Identify change management/transformation needs in your network and engage in rigorous dialogue and follow-up.
• Assisting prospects or customers with their change management needs ; this includes (in partnership with the team):
  • clarifying the specific needs and challenges of target audiences
  • strategic thinking and advice around a participant experience
  • drawing up a commercial proposal
  • relaying to the experience designer and to the project manager (Customer Success Manager)
  • close involvement and rigorous monitoring throughout the project with the customer until the desired results are achieved and new needs are explored.

Participation in internal and external iNNERSHiP projects - 15%
