To accelerate transformations, we create and deploy tailor-made hybrid programs for targeted audiences. These programs include several complementary components:
Currently, we are recruiting a Consultant - Designer responsible for adjusting these 3 tailor-made components for our clients, based on their change objectives, their culture and the targeted population.
This role is one of action and creation of educational content.
It combines both creativity and rigor to follow the iNNERSHiP methodology and tools. You work hand in hand with the Business Partners (salespeople) and the Customer Success Managers (project managers) who will involve you as necessary alongside them during meetings / project points with clients.
